6.\nApproval of a First Amendment to the Agreement with Parking Concepts, dba Transportation Concepts, for the\nOperation of the Lawndale Beat Fixed Route Transportation System\n— Staff recommend that the City Council approve the first Amendment to the Contract Services Agreement with\nTransportation Concepts for the operation of the Lawndale Beat for one (1) year, with one (1) additional extension\nremaining, increasing the maximum contract amount by $860,100, for a new total of $3,257,500 (Attachment C).
