5)CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR ANADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST AND ACCOUNTING & TREASURER ASSISTANT; ADOPT ARESOLUTION AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN; AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THETABLE OF ORGANIZATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026Recommend that the City Council:a. Adopt Resolution No. 8439 approving the job specifications for an Administrative Analystand an Accounting & Treasury Assistant;b. Adopt Resolution No. 8440 amending the Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-2026;c. Adopt Resolution No. 8441 amending the Table of Organization for Fiscal Year 2025-2026;andd. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute allrelated documents.
