13.\nProposed Motion:\n1.\nApprove Project 55062, Main Library Building Forward Grant, Fullerton Main Library\nOsborne Auditorium Renovation Project plans and specifications.\n2.\nAward $375,700 construction contract for Main Library Building Forward Grant,\nFullerton Main Library Osborne Auditorium Renovation Project to Cabifornia Inc. and\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n3.\nAuthorize the Public Works Director, or their designee, to approve change orders for the following:\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
