13. WISE INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM ENTERPRISE (WISE) AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF\nORANGE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve the attached WISE Agreement with the County of Orange for municipal solid waste\ndisposal rates and services; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City and make\nminor modifications as necessary.
