15.\nAPPROVE COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING FOR THE OC LOOP SEGMENT A PROJECT\nThat the City Council:\nA. Accept and allocate $3,000,000 of Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending\n(CPFCDS) grant funds; and,\nB. Approve an appropriation of $344,100 from available, unencumbered Gas Tax funds as the required local\nmatch of funds for this project.
