Approve the Notice of Completion for the Community Center Parking Lot Improvement Project, City\nProject No. 4-B-25, and authorize staff to submit the Notice of Completion for recordation; and,\nB. Authorize the City Manager to increase the Purchase Order with Dash Construction Company, Inc. of\nWoodland Hills, California, by $5,598 for a total contract amount of $197,370 to cover extra work performed.
