L.\nConsider awarding a Public Works Agreement to FS Contractors,\nInc. for the Sidewalk Management Program for Fiscal Year 2025-\n26 and extending the professional services agreement Watearth, Inc. for\nengineering support during construction. (Ascencio)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Public Works Agreement (PWA) for\nthe Sidewalk Management Program to FS Contractors, Inc. in the amount\nof $172,366 with a contingency of 10%, or $17,237, for a total amount of up\nto $189,603; 2) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement\n(PSA)\nwith\nWatearth,\nInc.\nto\nextend\nthe agreement term through June 30, 2026, with no change to the not-to-\nexceed amount for sidewalk engineering and related services during\nconstruction; and, 3) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute\nthe above PWA and PSA amendment, in forms approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
