13) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDINGWITH IGNITE THE LIGHT OF HOPE FOUNDATION FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTIONSRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Ignite the Light of Hope Foundation(Contract No. 2476) to continue food distributions through an amended scope and toprovide related fundraising support; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and executethe Agreement; orc. Provide staff alternative direction.
