7.\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ONLINE\nPERMITTING AND LICENSING SOFTWARE AND PROCUREMENT OF A WORK ORDER SYSTEM FOR\nTHE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with EdgeSoft, Inc. for an\nonline permitting and licensing software program, effective December 15, 2021 through December 15,\n2026, in an amount not to exceed $432,000 for the first two year’s software licenses, training,\nimplementation and data migration, including integration to existing programs; the remaining years will not\nexceed $80,000 annually plus five percent each year for software maintenance and data hosting; and\napprove a work order system program for the Public Services Department in the amount of $27,500; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute any additional amendments not to exceed $43,200 for the online\npermitting system and $2,750 for the work order system, provided there is funding in budget, on behalf of\nthe City, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney. 634-\n04
