7.\nCONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 3 – PURCHASE OF TWO BATTERY ELECTRIC BUSES FOR NORWALK\nTRANSIT SYSTEM\nStaff recommend City Council approve Amendment No. 3 with Gillig, LLC increasing the total contract\namount from $5,370,186 to $8,474,646 to acquire the two additional Battery Electric Buses and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments to this procurement provided there is\nfunding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
