6.\nAUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR\nSPECIALIZED LEGAL SERVICES\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, in an amount not to\nexceed $54,900;\nb. approve any other professional services agreements including amendments to the agreement with\nAleshire Wynder, LLP if related to the Brandywine Project if the amount of such\nagreements/amendments are within the City Manager’s Authority; and\nc. authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 and other amendments if necessary for\nthe Brandywine project, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
