5.\nCONSIDERATION OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12500\nFIRESTONE BOULEVARD\nStaff recommend the City Council approve the Settlement Agreement with Brandywine Homes; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Settlement Agreement and any ancillary documents consistent\nwith and reasonably necessary to effectuate the intent of this Settlement Agreement or make such\nnecessary amendments to the Settlement Agreement and associated exhibits, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.
