City of Covina Economic Development Initiative 2026\nStaff Recommendation:\nThat the City Council consider:\n1.\nApproving Resolution CC 2026-19, Modifying the Covina Comprehensive\nFee Schedule to Reduce Certain Planning Application Fees;\n2.\nApproving Resolution CC 2026-20 Amending the FY 2025-2026 Budget to\nAppropriate an Additional $75,000 from General Fund for the City of Covina\nBusiness Assistance Job Creation Program; and\n3.\nDirecting City Staff to proceed with the proposed Economic Development\nInitiative Actions outlined within the report.
