13.\nAPPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS\nAND UNIVERSAL WASTE SYSTEMS, INC., TO PROVIDE ILLEGAL DUMPING CLEAN UP AND\nDISPOSAL SERVICES (POLICE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Universal\nWaste System, Inc. in final form that is acceptable to the City Attorney to provide removal and\ndisposal services of illegally dumped items throughout the City; and\n2. Approve an agreement not-to-exceed $300,000 for expenditures related to services provided by\nthe hauler; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
