3. \nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26 MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS (FINANCE)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve staff recommendation of an additional appropriation of $440,000 to the FY 2025-26\nGeneral Fund Budget for Public Works emergency repairs and Parks & Recreation one-time costs\nand special event costs;\n2. Approve staff recommendation for personnel adjustments of $77,087 to promote Economic\nDevelopment, expand Public Safety, and other service enhancements.\n3. Approve and adopt the revised salary schedule in Attachment B.
