B. Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and\nAssociates, Inc. to Provide Additional Engineering Design Services and Appropriate $121,779 for\nthe Citywide Signal Improvements – HSIP Cycle 11 Project TRE-009 (page 121)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-06:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute the First\nAmendment to Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Kimley-\nHorn and Associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn) to provide additional design\nphase engineering services for the Cudahy Citywide Signal\nImprovements Project – HSIP Cycle 11 in the additional amount of\n$85,741.91 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $193,833.92; and\n2. Approving the appropriation of $121,779 from Measure M funds to\nthe HSIP Cycle 11 project to fulfill the grant requirement of a 10% local\nmatch, from available fund balance and amend the FY 2025/26 Budget
