7.c.CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 26-017, APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VET CARE FOR VACCINATION SERVICESStaff is requesting that the City Council approve an agreement by and between Vet Care for low-cost dog and cat vaccination clinics at the South El Monte Community Center.RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-017, approving the agreement with Vet Care for low-cost vaccination services for three years from March 17, 2026 through March 17, 2029; and2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the agreement.
