Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAccept the quarterly financial report for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and adopt the\nfollowing resolutions:\nA) Making various amendments to the fiscal year 2025-26 budget and the fiscal year 2025-26\nCapital Improvement Program budget to adjust for variances and appropriating funds for that\npurpose. (4/5 Vote Required); and\nB) Accepting donations in the amount of $182,953.90 from the Chula Vista Police Foundation\nin support of Police Department operations.
