AWARD CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION\nMANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCION INSPECTION\nSERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR PACIFIC AVENUE\nPEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE IMPROVEMENTS\nPHASE 2, CIP 23115\nRequested Action: That the City Council:\n1.\nThat the City Council Award a Construction Contract to MDB General\nEngineering Inc. in the amount of $2,018,343 with a contingency\nof ten percent (10%) for the Pacific Avenue Pedestrian and\nBicycle Improvements Phase 2 Project (CIP #23115) and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in\nsubstantially the form and format attached, subject to approval as\nto form by the City Attorney; and\n2.\nAward the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for Construction\nManagement and Inspection (CM/CI) with TKE Engineering\nInc. in the amount of $237,255 with a contingency of ten percent\n(10%) for the Pacific Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle\nImprovements Phase 2 Project (CIP #23115); and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the PSA in the form attached hereto.\nStaff Report "PDF"
