6.1\nConsideration of Adoption of Resolution Approving the Bell Gardens Climate\nAction Plan and Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration with the Mitigation\nMonitoring Report Program\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Find the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (“IS/MND”), was\nprepared in accordance with, and pursuant to, the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), concluding less than significant\nimpacts would occur; and\n2.
