D\nConsideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 51.101, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the\nLos Angeles County, to accept grant money for the acquisition of the\nNew Hope Temporary Shelter.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 51.101, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los\nAngeles County, for monies dedicated toward the acquisition of the New Hope\nTemporary Shelter; and 2) Amend the FY 2025-2026 Operating Budget to add\n$2,000,000 to revenue Account No. 030-35510 (LA County Grants), $2,000,000 to\nexpenditure Account No. 030-47970-9000 (Grant Fund Property Acquisition) and\n$3,125,000 to expenditure Account No. 011-47970-9000 (General Capital Projects\nFund Property Acquisition); or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action\nrelated to this item.
