11.7\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Maintenance and Support Agreement\nwith IBE Digital (a Certified Authorized Dealer for Konica Minolta Business\nSolutions U.S.A., Inc.) for Copier Maintenance Services for 14 Copiers\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1) Adopt the attached Resolution approving a copier Maintenance and\nSupport Agreement with IBE Digital (Certified Authorized Dealer for Konica\nMinolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.) for the maintenance of 14 copiers,\nwith an effective date of April 19, 2026, for a total not to exceed amount of\n$130,000 under Sourcewell Contract #112124-KON; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to extend the Maintenance and Support\nAgreement for an additional one year, should the Sourcewell Contract be\nextended, to align with the Lease Agreement previously approved under\nResolution 2024-92.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2026-32\nExhibit 2 – Maintenance and Support Agreement\nExhibit 3 – RFP, Sourcewell Contract, Dealer Agreement
