4.7 Approval of Amended and Restated NPDES Stormwater Permit\nImplementation Agreement\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Amended and Restated\nNational Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit\nImplementation Agreement ("Agreement") between the County of Orange, Orange\nCounty Flood Control District (District), and participating Orange County cities\n(collectively called Permittees); and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the\nAgreement and any related documents necessary to implement the terms of the\nAgreement.
