13. 23-0391 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nan agreement, and all necessary documents or subcontracts including\nany subsequent amendments extending the grant term or changing the\namount of the award, with the California Workforce Development\nBoard (CWDB), to accept and spend up to $868,684, and to\nsubcontract with the Southeast Los Angeles County (SELACO)\nWorkforce Development Board to receive $267,155 in Regional Equity\nand Recovery Partnership (RERP) grant funds to produce and\nimplement regional workforce development plans with cooperative\nservice delivery strategies and arrangements, for the period of January\n1, 2023, through October 31, 2025; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Community Grants Fund Group in the\nEconomic Development Department by $868,684, offset by grant\nreimbursement revenues.
