J.\n\nConsideration of Amendments to the Zoning Code to Implement the\nHousing Element Relating to Farmworker Housing, Density Bonus,\nMinimum Unit Sizes, and Parking Standards for Studios and One-\nBedroom Units -  That the City Council: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing to\nreceive input and consider the Planning Commission’s comments on\nproposed Ordinance 1725 amending portions of Title 11 (zoning) pertaining\nto farmworker housing, density bonus, minimum unit sizes, and parking\nstandards for studios and one-bedroom units for the purpose of\nimplementing the housing element, to fulfill state housing law; and, 2.\nIntroduce, waive full reading, and read by title only, Ordinance 1725, an\nOrdinance amending portions of Title 11 (zoning) pertaining to farmworker\nhousing, density bonus, minimum unit sizes, and parking standards for\nstudios and one-bedroom units for the purpose of implementing the housing\nelement, to fulfill state housing law.\nUNFINISHED / CONTINUED BUSINESS – None\nNEW BUSINESS
