29.\nPublic Hearing to consider and adopt a Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study, a related\ncapital improvement plan for DIF funded projects, and increases/decreases to DIF fees for the\nCity of Anaheim.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM adopting the Development Impact Fee Study and Development Impact Fee\nImprovement Plan [includes determination that approval of this resolution is exempt from the\nprovisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15060(c)(2),\n15060(c)(3), and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines].\nORDINANCE NO.\n(INTRODUCTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF\nANAHEIM amending Chapter 17.08 (Subdivisions), Chapter 17.34 (Development Fees) and\nChapter 17.36 (Public Safety Facilities and Vehicle Equipment Impact Fees) of Title 17 (Land\nDevelopment and Resources) of the Anaheim Municipal Code and finding and determining that\nthis ordinance is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSection 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3) and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines, because it will\nnot result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment\nbecause there is no possibility that it may have a significant effect on the environment and\nbecause it is not a project as defined in Section 15378 of the CEQA.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM amending the Public Safety Facilities and Vehicle and Equipment Impact Fees\n[includes determination that approval of this resolution is exempt from the provisions of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and\n15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines].\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM amending the Library Facilities and Collection Items Impact Fees [includes\ndetermination that approval of this resolution is exempt from the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15061(b)(3) of the\nState CEQA Guidelines].\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM approving the amount of the park-in-lieu fee and rescinding Resolution No. 2011-\n085 and Resolution No. 2011-086 [includes determination that approval of this resolution is\nexempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section\n15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines].\nREPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS:
