19.\nApprove the Waste Infrastructure System Enterprise Agreement with the County of Orange for\nsolid waste disposal services, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2036, with one 10-year\noptional extension for a three (3) year progressive rate of $67/ton (July 1, 2026 through June 30,\n2027), $74/ton (July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028), and $81/ton (July 1, 2028 through June 30,\n2029) subject to a rate adjustment each July 1 beginning 2029 equal to the percentage change in\nthe consumer price index; and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the\nagreement and any other related documents and take any and all actions as are necessary,\nrequired, or advisable to implement and administer the Agreement.
