Authorize Supplemental Agreements related to Master Agreement with Mead and\nHunt, Inc., for increased amount not-to-exceed $1,000,000 per firm consisting of on\ncall design, engineering and construction management services associated with\nmiscellaneous Airport Capital Improvement Projects, and other projects included in\nAirport Master Plan with subsequent reports back to the City Council from time to\ntime on addition or deletion of new panel members (Ward 3)
