12.13 Annual On-Call Services Agreement with Sasser Restoration in Support of Lake Elsinore Public Works Operations\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an On-Call Contractor Services Agreement with Sasser Restoration in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for on-call services to support City of Lake Elsinore public works operations in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
