12.11 Professional Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates for Environmental, Final PS&E, and Construction Support for the Highway Safety Improvement Program Cycle 12 Railroad Canyon Road Safety Improvement Project\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates (Webb) for the Highway Safety Improvement Program Cycle 12 Railroad Canyon Road Safety Improvement project in an amount not to exceed $334,854 in such final form as approved by City Attorney; authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $33,485 for uncertainties and adjustments.
