12.12 Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with Hemet Fence in Support of City of Lake Elsinore Public Works Operations\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 with Hemet Fence for additional fencing improvements and increase compensation by an additional $146,700 for a total amount not to exceed $346,700 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
