12.7 Amendments to the On-Call Agreements in Support of the City's Construction and Maintenance Operations\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to executed Amendment No. 3 to the On-Call Contractor Services Agreements for Minor Construction and Repair Services with Endresen Development, Inc. to increase compensation by an additional not to exceed amount of $600,000 annually, with Cotter Construction, Inc. to increase compensation by an additional not to exceed amount of $500,000 annually, and with B&B Nurseries, Inc. (dba Landscape Center) to increase compensation by an additional not to exceed amount of $325,000 annually, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
