Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Planning Commission and the Community Development Director that City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing; and\n2. Uphold the appeal; and\n3. Adopt a RESOLUTION for the approval of MHE24-00037 to allow an as-built rear yard deck on\nproperty located within the Hillside Overlay in the R-1 Zone at 5608 White Court; and\n4. Determine a Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); Article\n19, Section 15303(e) (New Construction and Accessory Structures).
