9.\nAmendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement No. 19-1887 with\nKimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Washington Transit-Oriented\nDevelopment Specific Plan.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement No. 19-\n1887 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. extending the contract to June\n30, 2027;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney; and\n3. Approve a budget adjustment to the fiscal year 2025-26 Budget by reducing\n$85,500 from the Community and Economic Development General Fund\n(GF) Budget, transferring that amount from the GF to the Capital\nImprovement Project Fund and appropriating the funds to this project.\nAgreement No. 19-1887-3
