Award a Vendor Agreement, in a form approved by the General Counsel, to\nS & J Supply Co., to provide the purchase and acquisition of general water\ninventory supplies Category B for an annual amount of up to $150,000 and\na not-to-exceed total of $450,000 for a three (3) year term; and\n3.
