7.\nAgreement with Hinderliter, De Llamas & Associates for Sales, Use, and\nTransaction Tax Client Services and Audit Recovery Services.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a five-year agreement with Hinderliter, De Llamas & Associates\nfor sales, use, and transactions tax client services and audit recovery\nservices. Client services shall not exceed $60,000 over the five-year term,\nand the audit recovery services shall be compensated on a contingency\nbasis that does not exceed 25% of the recovered revenues; and\n2.
