INSTRUCT the DCP, in consultation with the City Attorney,\nand with the assistance of the Los Angeles Department of\nBuilding and Safety, the Office of Finance and the\nDepartment of Cannabis Regulation as needed, to draft\nan ICO for consideration that prohibits the processing of\nany by-right land use permits for "smoke & vape shops"\nand the issuance of any related tobacco retailer permits\nfor these uses within the geographical boundaries of\nCouncil District 15.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the DCP. Neither the\nCity Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has\ncompleted a financial analysis of this report.
