9)A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AND APPROVE THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCKGRANT FUNDING FOR PROPOSED PROJECTS AS PART OF THE CITY CONSOLIDATEDALLOCATION ACTION PLAN FOR THE 52ND PROGRAM YEAR FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR2026-2027Recommend that the City Council:a. Conduct a Public Hearing;b. Pending public testimony, adopt Resolution No. 8444 approving the CommunityDevelopment Block Grant Funding for Proposed Projects as part of the City ConsolidatedAllocation Action Plan for the 52nd Program Year Funds for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; andc.
