8.\nResolution No. 8591 -- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hawthorne, California\nApproving a Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard Inc.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Approve the third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard for the\nperiod of one year from 3/14/2026 to 3/14/2027 to provide security services for the Bridge of Hope\nCommunity Housing (BHCH) site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of documents\nnecessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Professional Services Agreement with\nCitiguard.\n3.
