Adopt Ordinance 1335 to Amend the Contract with the California Public Employees’ Retirement\nSystem to Include PEPRA Language\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nAdopt Ordinance 1335 authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City\nCouncil of San Dimas and the Board of Administration of the California Public\nEmployees’ Retirement System (CalPERS).\nPUBLIC HEARING ITEMS\nPH1. Introduce Ordinance 1336, Municipal Code Text Amendment 26­02, Amending the San Dimas\nMunicipal Code, Title 18, Chapter 18.42 Multiple­Family (MF) Zone, Chapter 18.50 Downtown\nSpecific Plan, and Chapter 18.538 Specific Plan No. 23 to Amend the Definition of Permitted Uses\nas they Relate to Apartments, Condominiums, Townhouses and Similar Multiple­family\nDevelopments, Which are Already a Permitted Use, Proposed on Properties Identified as Housing\nSites in the City’s Housing Element for the 2021­2029 Planning Period.
