3.\nCONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT\nFOR CIP 2022-04 KELLER PARK RENOVATION PROJECT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award the construction contract to Golden Sun Enterprises, Inc for the construction\nof CIP 2022-04 Keller Park Renovation Project for the not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,873,777; and\n2. Approve a 20% construction contingency in the amount of $374,755, 10%\nproject management and inspection in the amount of $187,378, and labor\ncompliance in the amount of $15,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract agreement and\nall change orders in good faith; and\n4. Adopt the resolution approving the award of the construction contract and\nassociated expenditures for the Keller Park Renovation Project.
