6.3\nADOPT RESOLUTION 2026-06 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE\nTOWNS RESPONSE TO THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY GRAND\nJURY REPORT ENTITLED “THE APPLE VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER –\nA ROAD TO IMPROVEMENT,” DATED DECEMBER 12, 2025.\n23\nThat the Town Council adopt Resolution 2026-06 approving and\nauthorizing the Town’s formal responses to the findings and\nrecommendations contained in the San Bernardino County Grand Jury\nreport entitled “The Apple Valley Animal Shelter—A Road to\nImprovement,” and direct staff to transmit the approved responses in\naccordance with California Penal Code Sections 933 and 933.05.
