11.\nConsideration of Resolution to Authorize the Acceptance, Appropriation, and\nExpenditure of the Fire Station No. 7 Renovation Grant Award\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\nAuthorize the City Manager, or approved designee, to accept, appropriate, and\nexpend grant funding as provided through the San Diego River Conservancy\nProposition 4 - Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness,\nand Clean Air Fund Bond Act of 2024 grant program (SDRGP42504);\n1.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or approved designee, to execute the grant\nagreement and such other necessary documents, with the San Diego River\nConservancy, to accept any awards of grants;\n2.\nAppropriate and transfer $2.5 million of General Fund reserves to increase City\nCapital Improvement Program Fund appropriations; and\n3.\nAppropriate $1,500,000 from the San Diego River Conservancy Grant\n(SDRGP42504) and $2,500,000 from the City Capital Improvement Program\nFund (501590) for the Fire Station No. 7 Renovation capital improvement project\n(210051PWCP), and authorize the expenditure of these funds.\n4.\nCOMMISSION REPORTS:\nACTIVITIES REPORTS/COMMENTS OF MAYOR WELLS\nSANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments) Board of Directors.
