1. AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH PARTNERS IN CONTROL INC., DBA ENTERPRISE\nAUTOMATION FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATOR SERVICES FOR THE WATER AND WASTEWATER SCADA\nSYSTEMS, CIP PROJECT NOS. 5542-1, 5542-2 AND 5542-3 – 1) Adoption of a Carlsbad Municipal Water\nDistrict Board of Directors resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to the professional services\nagreement with Partners in Control Inc., dba Enterprise Automation, for system integrator services for\nPhase 1 of the project to replace the water and wastewater supervisory control and data acquisition\nsystems; and\n2) Adoption of a City Council resolution authorizing the use of the Sewer Replacement Fund for the\ncity’s portion of Amendment No. 3 to the processional services agreement with Partners in Control\nInc., dba Enterprise Automation, for system integrator services for Phase 1 of the project to replace\nthe water and wastewater supervisory control and data acquisition systems.
