Adopt Resolution No.\n2023-023, declaring the City of Chino’s Intention to Establish Community Facilities District No.\n2023-1 and to authorize the Levy of Special Taxes; adopt Resolution No. 2023-024, declaring\nthe City of Chino’s Intention to Incur Bonded Indebtedness for the proposed Community\nFacilities District No. 2023-1; and approve the Reimbursement Agreement between the City and\nTri Point Homes for the payment of consulting services relating to the formation of Community\nFacilities District No. 2023-1.
