14.\nAPPROVE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF\nEMERGENCY SERVICES (CAL OES) STATE AND LOCAL CYBERSECURITY GRANT PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve submission of an application for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal\nOES) State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably-\nnecessary for the completion of the awarded project; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
