G.\nFINAL BOND RELEASE AND ADOPTION OF A\nRESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS\nINTO THE CITY MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM\nFOR TRACT MAP 37052 LOCATED SOUTH OF 59th\nSTREET, NORTH OF 60TH STREET, AND WEST OF\nHUDSON STREET (GDC-RCH HUDSON, LP, A\nDELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP)\nRequested Action: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-19:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nJURUPA VALLEY ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS INTO THE\nCITY MANTAINED STREET SYSTEM FOR TRACT MAP 37052\nLOCATED SOUTH OF 59TH STREET, NORTH OF 60TH STREET\nAND WEST OF HUDSON STREET (GDC-RCH HUDSON, LP, A\nDELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP); and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to release the faithful performance\nbonds and the material and labor bonds for streets and drainage, water\nsystems, and sewer systems, and the subdivision monument bond.\nStaff Report "PDF"
