Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA)\nbetween the City of Jurupa Valley and Onward Engineering Inc. for\nEngineering Design Services for the Granite Hill Area Safe Routes to School\nSidewalk Gap Closure Project, extending the term to through June 30, 2027;\nand\n2.
