8.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE REGARDING LANDFILL RATES\nWHICH WILL AFFECT MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL RATES AND SERVICES\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Waste Infrastructure System Enterprise (WISE) Agreement with the County of Orange for\nmunicipal solid waste disposal rates and services; and,\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the County of Orange (County) for municipal\nsolid waste disposal rates and services.
