PORTWOOD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider the procurement and installation\nof secure bike lockers at three (3) City facilities, including City Hall,\nPlummer Park, and West Hollywood Park.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct Staff to install bike lockers at City Hall,\nPlummer Park, and West Hollywood Park; 2) Direct Staff to publish a\nformal bid to procure the bike lockers with any additional services and\nreturn to the City Council with a proposed agreement and budget; and 3)\nDevelop metrics to evaluate the utilization of the bike lockers for one (1)\nyear and return to the City Council with an update.
